1. What we would like to know when you make an order:

First we would like to know which exact item you want to order.

To do that you may send us a link to that item from our homepage (www.s-moon-s.com) or

send us it's unique name , located on the top of every item.

Second: Choose the color of your item.

You may view our Myspace gallery or our Facebook gallery for more colors or ask us for advice if needed.

In the end we will need your full address: Full name, address, country, city and postal code.

Note: If the address is not full or wrong, you may not receive your order, so be careful.

2. Time for delivery:

The delivery time is 1-2 weeks (it depends on the post services it may be quicker).

If we have your item available, the shipping is immediately after the payment is being completed.

If not, you'll have to add additional 1-3 days for making it (depending on the item's difficulty or number of items)

However, you'll be informed for the estimated time of making and shipping before you've completed your order.

3. Shipping prices:

Shipping and packaging price is 5 euro (necklaces) and 2,5 euro(bracelets and earrings) worldwide.

That price will be included to your final price, so you'll know exactly how much you're paying in advance.

Note: All of the prices showen by the item did not include the shipping!!!

2. Payment in advance by direct bank transfer
